If you are motivated to get healthier and STRONGER, you've come to the right place.

But first, let me give you a little personal history…

My name is Dustin. I have acquired my certification as a personal fitness trainer, which seems to be what I was destined to do. I've spent most of my life seeking ways to optimize my own fitness. I was self-motivated at a young age to go to the gym, lift weights, run, and pretty much do anything I could to break beyond the boundaries of my own physical limitations and attain new levels of fitness.

Now, I want to help you!

As an ISSA-certified fitness professional, I can help you achieve new fitness levels for yourself by first setting realistic goals. I want to help you transform your health and maximize your quality of life. I want you to leave my training sessions feeling the full weight of your accomplishment, because when you train under me, I enforce this simple, yet profound, philosophy: you get out what you put in.

Here are some ways I will help you:

I will personalize each exercise for your personal improvement and gain. You can't run until you learn how to walk. I won't have you do something you aren't ready for, but I won't let you "take it easy" either.

I will break down each personalized exercise that we do, and answer any questions you may have about your own fitness goals. If you don't understand why I tell you to do something, don't be shy, ask!

We can discuss your previous setbacks and current issues regarding weight loss or weight gain and find the solution you need to overcome your health and fitness obstacles.

I plan to leave you with the skills and self-motivation you need to keep yourself healthy and active for the rest of your life. Each decision you make toward a healthier lifestyle makes each successive decision that much easier, and that's what I want to impart to all of my clients.

Lastly, though it isn't of least importance, I want you to enjoy yourself along the way, to ensure your own success and continuation of good health and fitness.

You can be the best version of yourself, but you have to start somewhere.
