I am a figuare competitor, a member of the National Physique Committee, and I am an Internationally Certified Fitness Trainer, Life Coach, Health Coach, and a Certified Sports Nutritionist. I am educated in areas such as, but not limited to, metabolism, muscle anatomy, strength training, cardiovascular training, flexibility, body composition, program development, fitness assessment, muscle gain, fat loss, nutrition, supplementation, as well as older adults, youth, hypertension, diabetes, arthiritis, coronary heart disease, pregnancy, and asthma in regards to physical exercise.  

If you are looking for a hands-on mentor and trainer that will walk your journey with you every step of the way, I am the trainer for you! My one on one individual sessions are focused primarily on the very effective method of the utilization of strength training to assist clients in reaching their weight loss goals. However, my services are by no means limited to strength training.  I also coach and mentor my clients to assist them in developing the nutritional and cardiovascular knowledge and practice to attain and maintain lifelong health and wellness. I also assist my clients in increasing their flexibility and balance, as well as developing proper posture to prevent future injuries. I am experienced in working alongside my clients' doctors to provide the safest and most effective coaching possible.

My clients have my full attention at all times during every session and I individualize every fitness program to meet the needs and goals of each specific client; no two clients are the same and each client deserves to have their own specialized program. All fitness activities are logged and measurements and photos are taken on a monthly basis in order to document and assess progress. All clients are treated as my team members and always have decision making powers in regards to their fitness program. I also perform regular emotional state and motivation level checks via telephone calls, text messages, and emails in order to keep my clients motivated and remind them that we are in this together. Fitness and health are my passion, and it shows in my work with each and every client.  

imageimage     I am experienced in training clients of all body types, genders, and ages. I am knowledgeable in training clients who range from obese to those that are preparing for competitions, sporting events, and special occasions. However, my primary goal is to ingrain a lifelong healthy, active, and natural lifestyle in each client. 

I am certified through the International Sports Sciences Association in Fitness Training and have additional certifications in Sports Nutrition, Health Coaching, Life Coaching, and Green Living.  These additional certifications assist me in motivating and encouraging my clients as they are going through the inevitable ups and downs the majority of individuals experience during a drastic lifestyle change. I am CPR and AED certified, as well as certified in First Aid.
