MISSION STATEMENT

It is my priority to provide my clients with the best experience possible. That all starts with specialized workouts tailored to your goals; making the proper decisions, adjustments and strategic changes to your program; providing sound and expert advice on techniques, routines and nutrition; and most of all motivating you to push hard and find your true potential.

Fitness is my passion. I've been a fitness professional since 2008 and I've worked with almost every demographic. Whether you are looking for general fitness, injury rehabilition/prevention, or you are looking to perform at the highest level, I can help you achieve your goal. I have superior knowledge in exercise science and have become an expert in my field. By combining my education with my experiences, I have an arsenal of techniques, tricks and tools to apply to almost any situation.

About Me

I was born and raised in the small town of Eaton, Colorado. I was active in sports from a young age, all the way up through High School. My favorite sport was football, which I excelled in during High School. I was a freshman when I started lifting weights and I've been doing it ever since. I now compete in local NPC Bodybuilding competitions and this sport has become my passion. I love seeing my body change into what I want it to look like. To me, there is nothing cooler than having control over your body.image

December 27th, 2010, I married the love of my life Nicole, who is always at my side and supporting me in all my endevors. We live in Fort Collins, Colorado and both work for local businesses. We both love to go camping and travelling to new places, which is what we hope to be able to do more of in the future.When I'm not bodybuilding 15 hours a week and personal training another 50 hours a week, I have several passtimes and hobbies as well. I am a artist and draw landscapes and wildlife. I love to cook and enjoy feeding my friends and family delicious feasts. I play both the guitar and the piano, although not as regularly as I should. I also love riding my Harley Davidson Low Rider! I'm what you might call a bit of a die hard, when it comes to riding. You can count the number of days a year I don't ride on both hands, and that's only because of snow on the roads.

imageBesides Nicole, fitness is my true passion. I love helping people discover their potential and watching them grow stronger and more confident. There is some amazing connection that I get with my clients that brings us closer. There is a vulnerability when someone is being pushed to their limits that brings trainer and client together, as we face new challenges and obstacles. I'm at the gym 10 to 12 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week, because I love being there so much.

Current Obligations

  1. I currently give free seminars at Miramont Central through our Wellness Department. Myself and our nutritionist give helpful seminars on major health subjects.
  2. I also write bi-weekly articles in the Coloradoan Newspaper on all sorts of health and fitness topics. I am passionate about educating people on the power they have to change their own health and their lives. You can read my articles on the "Learning Corner" tab on the top left of this page.
