I am not a trainer that administers hormones or fad diets. I will not lead you down a weight loss path that does not work and that is unrealistic. I do not offer a magic pill or a magic shake that will make you skinny quick. None of those are realistic or long term solutions that are healthy.
It's really simple. The 3 Pillars of Weight Loss are:
Nutrition, Cardio & Weight Training.
YOU MUST EAT CLEAN!
YOU MUST EXERCISE!
YOU MUST HAVE SELF RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY!
YOU MUST NOT HAVE EXCUSES!
If you are finding that your metabolism is slower and it has become harder for you to lose weight as you've gotten older, I can help.

As your trainer, I will partner with you in setting reachable goals while offering hardcore, truthful advice and realistic solutions that WILL get the weight off and create visable muscle structure. I can help you love that person in the mirror and I can help you feel better because you will look better and the BEST part is....you WILL become a happier YOU again!
My rates are not expensive and worth every dime. Each session is a full body training session and each session lasts for 1 hour. Your health, your relief from stress, your appearance and mostly your quality of life is certainly worth 1 hour.
My program takes hard work and commitment to the 3 Pillars mentioned above and if you aren't committed to the hard work it will take, then I am not the trainer for you. I've been titled the Toughest Female Trainer and The Jillian Micheals of West Cobb. The best feed back I could ever receive are those titles. I will push you but I will also partner with you through your journey to better health.
